i was too tired to blog last night. okay!! now!! let's talk about my pay!! andy actually raised our pay to $5.50...yeap, so we are actually receiving $5.50/hr starting from our 2nd month of work...thanks andy!! hee.. oh the type of glass i broke on thurs actually costs $14 each. and the marg glass i broke the first time costs $18. my god.. hehe..but andy didn't deduct my pay.. =P

friday was really sad ...but!! dear, you helped to bring me back to heaven again...hahah..i just love it when we are able to talk happily.. *dian hua yao bao zha le!!* =P

okay my saturday was so fun! i went bowling for the first time...haha with ryan. and i didn't wash the drain all the time!! i only did that on the 5th throw onwards i think. all the drama kinda thing happened to me la. i was using 8pound ball initially. the ball rolled backwards when it was supposed to go forward. hahah paiseh myself. then the worst happened. the next time, my thumb got stuck in the hole and the ball flew up and "pomp"ed onto the floor. tskkkk... my scores were like 74, 64, 90 for the 3 rounds. for the second round right, i had a strike!!! but the system got stuck and they didn't count that strike okay!! urghh..anyway, i enjoyed myself!! hahah...goin' with ryan & josh again. maybe friday... jeanie & ps, wanna come along?

i bought the vcd for *engine* yesterday too!!! hahaha can watch takuya's new show already!! i saw ts playing some car-racing show..and i tapped on ryan's shoulder excitedly asking 'ay!!! is that takuya's engine huh???" hahah..sorry. too excited.. and of course ryan gave me that "how i know?!?!?!" hahah..yeap yeap. oh at marina square, i also bought new accessories. =P and another red u2 top. i was happy..really happy. =)

dear, i love you too!! sweet smses... always cheering me up... i feel fortunate to have you too!!! *muacks* i am so happy you've gained weight too. hahah!!

i am not goin' to kill you...don't worry.. haha.. thought you wouldn't blog again...maybe you've lost the password and username..so you did not.. it's the mood again. not msn's fault. i just think you didn't feel happy talking to me in msn just now.. cool/cold weather always make people feel sad or lonely...just like how i feel every day at work. when andy's not there yet...when i sit on the chair... the air-con blowing strongly...and me thinking... yeap, jiamin saw me today and said "aiyoh violet!! why u look so horrible!? like so sad..."

it was a busy day. full house. you see big tables occupied. tall and big guys, important businessmen shaking hands with one another upon arrival. exchanging namecards and all. so formal..they drank 3 bottles of wine. i was somehow in charge of the food for that 8 men and jiamin in charge of their wine. haha.. i made my first fruit margarita's today...in fact, 2. the guy finished both drinks.. ;) i learnt how to make pina colada too......! both virgin and alcoholic. easy... mabbe i should get the ingredients from the supermarket. it's so nice............... hahah. oh and i knocked the glass tog accidentally today. yeap. violet broke one more glass. one of each type. so clever right..one marg glass, one normal glass, one teacup so far.

andy's teaching us stuff now...sad to say, it's a bit too late isn't it? we're leaving soon... next week will be the last week of jiamin and me working mon-fri. our pay. hahah.. still $5/hr. aiyah...anything la. we love our jobs. that's the most important thing ;) [we love the food a lot as well. haha!!] i'm gonna work till the 24th aug at least. gonna ask for fajhitas as lunch soon. hehe..haven't tried that before.. it's a $28 dish. oh! jeanie, remember the beef quesadillas?? the very yummy appetizer we had the other time. i actually had it as breakfast on wednesday.. hehe.. i am so in love with the food at margarita's. no joke. the food's really nice. when you guys feel rich, do come and patronize our restaurant!! it's at 108 faber drive. ;)

i feel like gettin' a pair of sneakers... puma or diesel?? those i am wearing now are gettin' too dangerous. i will slip and fall when it rains... sister and i are getting new sandals too!! i have discount coupons with me!! shoes....here we come!! *wink* =P oh bowling with ryan and josh on saturday...not goin ktv. coz we're goin next week. i just feel like gettin' outta the house. saturday...no work no tuition. stayin' in is quite a waste... jeanie & ps. join us??? i dunno the time yet. dear, hope things run smoothly for you on saturday!! hope your new house will be a very good new environment for you!! ;)

[vio's other half] don't really like to blog but...oh well since i got nothin' to do anywayz..it's the 2nd week of my uni...the stuff i'm takin' seems difficult..i wonder how i'm gonna fare...looks like i'll have to work doubly hard. Gonna move to my new place soon. I'm gonna miss those guys here..Tonight's slightly colder then other nights, can feel the coolness of the air touchin' my skin. Cold and lonely....i think i'm just wastin' violet's space and writin' rubbish...hehe...think she's gonna kill me...

woke up early for the module bidding. and my stupid computer took half an hour to start properly. kept shutting down and restarting it. i felt quite helpless. called jeanie and ryan. thought had to ask them to help me bid. both didn't answer... i even wanted dear to call me so i can ask him to help. haha..and then~ the computer started...yeah. got the things done. i used 200 for j-lang. 160 for js. 40 for another js. the highest kind of bid i've ever put down. and i saw the round will end only tmr 3pm. tsk...made me gan-jiong...for nothing.

my dear. your sms, the first part is quite funny. hahah..

anyway, i am goin' to get my pay from margarita's today!! i think so~ ;) gonna save them all up. my mind feels very tired now. and i have to work...and go for tuition all the way till 9pm. how great is that.

there's so much to say about margarita's. okay let's start with ytd. it is really fun working with jiamin this holiday...i was cleaning the menu sheets and her cutting the lime. she found all the lime turning brown so we always throw them away..she suddenly said 'wo3 wei4 ta1 men2 gan3 dao4 nan2 guo4'. hahahah...i thought it was so funny....jiamin is very cute when she speaks in chinese...we laughed in the bar area~ haha..our own entertainment..

then this morning..andy came in and told us how he ran over a python last night after work. hahah...and he really felt the bumping as he drove across it. aiyah. the python was lying on the road. haha..so shuang, then got run across. it didn't die...still glided to the side after that. andy always tells us weird stuffs he encounter.. nice boss!!

we have a nice gentleman today at margarita's!! he came with his friend...he is this abc..i took the order from them, recommended the dishes to them. they ordered so much..i hestitated whether to give the order to the kitchen..i went back to them, tellin him it will be too much. haha! guess what his friend said. "don't worry, he can finish them" okay...so yeah food were all served. mr cute abc wanted black current margarita's and asked me issit nice...haha of course i said "nice~!!" and i asked andy to do it for me. and....andy asked me to do it instead. ha! nice anot now?? i dunno~ but i think he finished the whole glass.. yeap. i made my first glass of blackcurrent margarita's today. ;) it's rather easy actually..

okay..then i was back to washing the glasses..and suddenly jiamin came in n said "violet, the man said he wants to see you." ..... i was scared man... i went out and he showed me his plate. "i've finished everything and i am still not full..not at all. haha..." woah...okay..he's so cute n nice right.... but still, he did not want dessert. i gave them lotsa chips in the last order...haha...then me n jiamin were talking in the bar area saying 'lih kor nam yan hou *man* arh~" hahaha... "where to find this type....???" we were so auntie lah!! haha.. yeah. think he's those successful businessman... my dear won't get jealous right...? just like i didn't after looking at those pictures. i was just playing with u~ =P who ask you not to smile when taking pics with me.....

i feel very happy working at margarita's this holiday...nice boss...nice colleagues...nice chefs...but don't think i'll be working in the dec hols. i wanna spend time with you.. ;) yeap. and i feel so lucky...to have met you during this hol!!! my best holiday ever......... well, mabbe the bangkok trip would be even better.....haha!! okay, i gotta go!!

talking to dear on msn now. it's a very nice long talk. 1000 times better than last night's. it was simply horrible last night. made me so upset. i wanted to say msn sucks. i think i'd better change my mind. haha coz' it's the mood that affects us. thanks dear, for that long phone chat last night. without it, i think i will be sulking throughout the whole of today. ;) i love you so much.

i am goin' to take up 2 chinese studies modules, 2 japanese studies modules & 1 j-lang. yeap. decided. ryan is goin' to take one js module with me.. persuaded him somehow. he wanted to kill me when i said no gem this sem. haha! jeanie's taking the chinese with me. the j-lang will be with jiehan, my pri sch buddy. woohoo!!

okay this is what i've found. besides planning the timetable, i am quite free today. the timetables i've tried planning just get yuckier and yuckier. throw that aside first~

i am really bored larh!! stared at the pc screen for an hour. what modules to choose!?

someone, ask me out!! tell me in advance where you want us to go. i have to take a day off if it's needed. maybe there's a ktv coming up. mr. ryan goh and mr. joshua chew are both very eng. eng until they don't know what to do. is that right? hahah..

the weather's bad. my mood's not so good. the last thing i want now is to fall sick. andy's coughing and running a fever. vivian's also sick. i coughed once & had sore throat at margarita's today. is that a sign? no please......

bought myself this nice oral B toothbrush yesterday. it's green!! hehe.. got this pair of shorts too.. mom bought it for me...so nice of her! :) and i bought myself 6 cans of nescafe mocha. can the coffee cheer me up a little?? i seriously hope so. but i seriously think they won't. argh.

you just can't give me what i want most now... ;(

it just keeps raining...horrible. it makes you feel lazy and no feeling to go out at all. it dampens your mood. totally. i am tired..from my work & tuition classes.just realized i have been very busy with these 2 issues the whole of my long-holiday. tsk.

things are not over yet. my major has not been decided and the bidding of modules is starting again. haha... yeap. no need to decide already lar.... leave it as chinese first. i am not thinking of english as a major anymore. it's either chinese or japanese studies. i have to look at the modules available this sem. again, 2 ch modules & 1 j-lang level 2. most likely doing 1 gem and the last one is the one troubling me... urgh.

i said i wanna go to the zoo since don't-know-when. i wanted to go during this long break. eh!! and i did not.. no one to go with me now. i am busy also. should have gone to the zoo with you, dear. then you can visit your roaring family members. erm. i am not making sense.

how is it going to be like not talking to you for one night? hahah.. let's see how it goes tonight.

i am really looking forward to the trip to bangkok at the end of the year!! ;) let's see. me and him, jeanie & andrew, ps & sister. if nothing goes wrong, i can and will definitely go. permission granted already~* then i will give this genting trip a miss. i have no money. i am even thinking of not buying the phone already. was so determined to get 7610 yesterday... someone made me indecisive again. i wanna save money.... i love to see my money grow you know. hahah.. jiamin also says she won't spend that kinda money on a phone. dear, lend me your phone then. i just need to receive & send out calls and messages.... samsung, you've made me really sad larh.

they actually rushed up to my house together with andrew after i ran off to buy batteries for my digicam. rushed into the lift and got scolded by some rude uncle.. sorry girls.. i reached home and was very worried lah. the car was still downstairs but no one was inside. called them and no one picked up. my mum also. hid them inside the room and told me it was sis. hahah.. yeah, i was very dumb also la. sis won't behave like that. then p.s and jeanie's heads peeked out of the room. hahahah... the 2nd surprise!!! this very lovely and huge jigsaw puzzle.... very very touched. thanks a lot my girls. my msn nick says 'i owe you 2 cousins in my previous life issit....' hahah.. yeap. i received your sms early in the morning..that was very nice.. ;) then i got back to sleep. was really tired you see. soon after that, there was another sms. i ignored it completely...cos i wanted to sleep..... wah! then my handphone rang after a while. it was ryan goh... who wanted me to go online just to translate some japanese katakana for him. hahah.. he owes me one kopi now. see. the cousins. "disturb" my sleep. haha..

i just came back from work. the weather is so hot!!! i went to my workplace this morning to find myself sweating non-stop even after i entered the air-conditioned bar area. i walked home from the central just now. arghhhh..very hot!! *scorching sun* this thought actually came across my mind. "i wanna rip off my black uniform. it's damn hot la!!" hahaha...yeah, i must be crazy if i really did that. dear, i did not say the word. i just thought of it in my mind. =P oh how i wish i can stay and hide inside the quilt like someone in that very cold country.......hahah...and not using tissue like they are free back here in singapore.....tsk.

hahah..i am so noisy today.i checked out the phone repair and prices just now. $180 for trade in of my e700. but samsung quoted me $189 for repair. the shop i went to just now said they will repair for $150. nokia 7610 cost $468 with a contract upgrading and $620 w/o contract. i am confused... should i just get my phone repaired?? and my latest hp bill came. haha.. you're so right. 60 bucks. half of it on sms!!! 806 smses... my highest record ever~ haha..hmmm... yeah lo.. and the overseas call was stated as from china. how weird is that. should be thailand!!

i ate a lot last week. gained back 2 kilos... i am back to drinking warm water now... and managed to shake off 1 kilo already!! yeah~* girls!! it helps!! so yeap! wanna slim down, drink more warm water. you'll find the bowel movements improving a great deal~* haha.. you'll feel lighter too!! this has been proven to be very useful by violet. =P i went shopping ytd..went shopping with my godmum and cousin and an indonesian friend, frenny...so tiring...frenny lent me her nokia 7610 for a week to let me try it out...then slowly consider...i think i like the phone... ;)

Sister: my sister...your gf was involved in a major car wreck
Boy: is she ok ? ?????Sister: shes in critical condition

He shows up in the hospital room ...standing outside the door going over the last conversation in his mind over and over as he heard the machines beep and beep and breathing tubes pump.

Boy: she wanted to give me something or tell mesomething
Girls mom: yeah this...it was an envelope smelling like she did sealed with a kiss in lipstick. He opened it.....it said ..... you are everything to me....i love youwith everything i am and everything i have...i want to spend the rest of my life with you...sealed in it was a ripped movie ticket from the first movie they went to and the first picture they took together. He kissed the picture as a tear fell from his face onto the picture it looked as if in the picture she was crying then the machines flatlined....3 minutes later she was pronounced dead

why was i so quiet on the phone just now?? a little tired was not the entire reason. i was thinking about how i wanna give you a long hug when you return..... ;) but i can't bring myself to say that. hahah.. thank you so much for all the calls. you said you don't want me to feel lonely. yeap. the calls from you really helped a lot....it's just like you're still here with me in singapore, talking to me just like any other night before you left.. the only difference is we no longer discuss where we will be going the following day...& i am not able to see you. i am saying all these here because i really don't know how to tell you over the phone.. thanks so much, dear. and no matter how many times you say that sentence, i will not do it!! hahaha... well~ even after you purposely said it more than 10 times.. evil lion. oh i ate 2 big cups of ice cream just now. i just eat and eat after you leave...what's wrong with me... i need you here with me too...you help me control my diet. haha!! =P

i really love you guys lots lots lots!! hahah..that was so sweet...thanks to weilin, weishan & christine!!!! my cousins...they planned this surprise birthday celebration for me after midnight.. yeah i reached their place quite late after watching *energy's concert* with christine.. then we came back quite suddenly and made weilin & weishan panick when lighting all those 20candles...hahaha...so cute... i did not cry...but i was really happy.........i feel very fortunate to have my family.... ;) and you.

yeap yeap. the concert was good...i felt good. haha was dancing to the beat when they sang certain songs. i kept shouting and screaming for *nu nai*!! he's so cute...milk milk milk..i was high after the concert ended...started talking louder....jumping about...singing...playing a fool with christine..i even danced while waiting for taxi...crazy..haha! yeap up till now i am still in a v good mood. that helped in making our conversation v fun today! ;)

the cake!! it's a blackforest cake..*yummy* and look. that day i said no small candles...hahaha now it looks kinda scary to have so many candles...but i blew them out in one breath!! hee...

more new pictures below!!! added more... coz' i went out with taiki in the afternoon to catch the movie 'fantastic 4' and had lunch with him. he's nice to be with.. haha..cute. the goodbye hug came so suddenly. hahah...i wasn't prepared maybe. that's a polite way of saying goodbye in australia i suppose!! oh the movie was nice. nicer than 'war of the worlds' definitely. =P thanks taiki!! for paying for my food and drink.. that's my birthday treat!! ;)

we shopped around. i bought 3 tops from giordano. discount given...coz' it's birthday week! oh it's exact birthday actually. and that makes it 5 new giordano tops this week!! hahah..then i saw this u2 top. so nice!! yeap yeap. 4 tops in all today~ taiki got his sandals too. went off to meet mom and dinner was great at crystal jade. supposed to be my treat...mom did not allow and wanted to pay for it. okay so i bought 10 bucks worth of breadtalk buns home to treat her. haha!!

ryan called and asked me to join josh and him for tea/kopi because they were going to have dinner together.. i did and we went to alexandra. ryan picked me up from home..after their dinner, we went c'wealth for dessert. haha..that bowl of 'da mai' was my birthday treat!! from josh actually...oei..ryan so in the end nothing from you leh~ haha! josh sent me home. yeap yeap. and i just got my third present from jz... thanks....really... ;)

this year's birthday is not bad after all... just that you're not here with me... be with me next year... :)

[violet's other half] Today wanted to go down to uni but in the end, went out with friends.....first we went down Sunny Bank. That place was full of asians, a lot of chinese cuisines. They also have supermarkets selling chinese stuff and they r cheap too...Bought a lot of stuff from the supermarket...Had lunch at one of the restaurants...

Later in the evening, went down to South Bank, which was by Brisbane River...we took the city cat down which was a ferry. The ferry had this sign shown below. It was so funny, juz take a look at the sign.

After walking a bit, we went to eat, tried a wicked banana and a hungarian bread..The wicked banana was filled with chocolate...still cant figure out how they put the chocolate in the middle.

And lastly, i saw the man made beach...so much for it...

mom & sis gave me this surprise just now...at home...haha i knew something was wrong when mom went to switch off the fan outside. and *tada* the cake was brought out and the song was sang.... i just couldn't help it. haha..i cried. really..i am a crybaby. it was a mocha cake btw. delicious!! ;)

junrong called me..haha we talked. crapped. joked. talked abt what hp to get. yeap i have to get a new phone. $189 for Lcd screen repair. i don't think i want.... tsk. okay enough about it. shall start worrying tmr. dear called to cheer me up around evening...so nice of him. haha..and he blogged. yeap. so friends, don't mind la k? hahah..i want him to blog.

i went offline due to disconnection just before midnight and he was gone already...haha..stupid. never say happy birthday to me yet. =P

[Violet's other half] First time i'm bloggin'...dun really know how to use it...my dear is teachin' me nw...so lonely here without her..every nite i'll think of her. Her smile really makes my day. Life here is really boring after 6, totally no activities. But the people are nice and friendly. Nt many asians here, but got japanese, koreans, taiwanese, vietnamese..think i'll write so much for the moment...prob write more tmr..dear, i love you.

dear has left me. for the place full of kangaroos and koala bears. let 6 months pass quickly please. i had fun last night.. thanks!! samantha and uncle were so funny. yeap, i have enjoyed myself yesterday!! the shopping at clementi...the chat at delifrance...the dinner... i will be reminded of you whenever i wear the polo tees! ;) love you.

i sent him off this morning. was so tired after that. did not have much energy to think. maybe when i start to get clearer in the mind, i will miss you even more terribly. i hope i won't crumble..

okay, let's talk about something happier. the cycling at east coast park on sunday was fun.. although the road and half the way was blocked for some cycling & marathon kinda competition, i still found it fun to cycle just half the distance. twice. i dunno whether ppl can understand what i am typing. my brain is still quite tired. couldn't even go for tuition today. oh ps, sorry that i did not wait for you when i cycle. oops. haha...i wanna enjoy the breeze that fast cycling can bring to me. (you always come for me when you see me cycle in the opposite direction...i just think that was very sweet..)

okay i was really angry just now. i walked back from grandma's house so quickly i guess it took me less than 5 min. the blisters were killin' me and i had to bear with that nonsense. it was a so-last-minute nonsense and it spoilt my day. somehow. it's like i've been feeling all happy and well the whole day...and then this. well, the shower made me cool down...

i don't really like it when grandma complains abt my dressing. i dunno. i just know what i wore today was alright. mum asked me to fold up my pants so i won't step on it n dirty it. i did so. the pair of pants is too loose. i used a belt. i tightened the belt at the highest. the highest point whereby it will still look good. i am the conservative type of girl. i don't enjoy showing my butt crack ard too. i pull my top down when i find myself revealing part of my tummy. it's not good i know.. and then grandma said i am becoming to be like 'those girls' who wear their bottoms so low.............and she carried on to say now i m revealing this much, next time round i will be showing my whole tummy. argh. i couldn't hold it back and i replied coldly "yah, next time i won't be wearing anything over my tummy". and i left her house soon after that. the way she said it was very annoying...well, it annoyed me to the fullest. all because it was just a 1 cm gap. my pants surely wasn't goin' to drop. i lost 2 kilos. now all my pants are loose. what to do!? i've already used the belt~~~~ maybe i over-reacted. but grandma, no more please. i don't enjoy talking back loudly at you. i am not good....

dear, see. i am not that nice and sweet after all...right? thanks for the movie. haha..wrong choice. *war of the worlds* was disappointing.... nearly made us fall asleep in the cinema.

i talked to zhiying just now. she sorta made me cheer up.. thanks man. haha.. tomorrow shall be fun, i hope~ i wanna bring a camera.......just swing my pouch to my back and cycle!!
